The ministary of education celebrate december 10 The Ministry of Education andHigher education The Minister Decision No: 29/3/2011 To all responsible for universities and high schools and public schools and private (About celebration the International Day for Human Rights) In the occasion of the International Day for Human Rights, celebrated by the United Nations on December 10, 2011. Lebanon has the honor to contribute to the drafting of the Declaration of Human Rights by the great Lebanese thinker, the late Charles Malik. Due to the importance of this historic occasion, and Lebanon's role in promoting the principles of human rights, and in the interest of Khiam Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture in International Day of Human Rights, So; We call all responsible for universities and high schools and public schools and private to an active participation to celebrate this occasion through the following: - Specify an education class on 9/12/2011 and on 10/12/2011 to introduce for the students the declaration of human rights and to distribute it to them to raise awareness and education on the principles of human rights and renounce violence, torture and sectarian destructive, and to promote the concept of peace, tolerance, justice, equality and civil peace. - Organization exhibitions for violations of human rights and drawing contests, writing stories inspired by the occasion, and other cultural activities can be carried out. - Facilitate the task of the representatives of the Khiam Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture to explain the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Beirut 16/11/2011 For more information please call Khiam Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture: 01/302631 or 03/379612 Minister of education and higher education Hassan Diyab |
