Statement about Achrafiyeh operation Khiam Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture deplores the terrorist operation that killed Chief of the Information Division of the Internal Security Forces Major General Wisam Al Hassan and his aide Ahmed Sahyoun and a number of martyrs and dozens wounded in an explosion Achrafieh on October 19, 2012. The center said that the terrorist operation targeting civil peace in Lebanon and deepening political and sectarian divisions, calling on the Lebanese authorities to detect and punish criminals because the policy of impunity will lead to more terrorist and criminal operations. The center called to be the assassination of Gen.
